  • The service at this post office is incredibly helpful and friendly. If the USPS gave out awards for outstanding service, this one deserves it hands down!!! We had an issue with a package that was delivered to an address within this post office's area of delivery, my boss asked me to call this post office for help. We are based in Los Angeles, so I couldn't just walk in. This isn't the first time I've called a post office for help with delivery issues, but I can't remember the last time I came across one as helpful and friendly as this one. The gentleman who helped me on the phone was 'Will'. There was no 'attitude', no coming across as being hassled by taking my call, just a genuinely nice human being helping to resolve a problem for a shipper. My request to fellow Yelpers - if you see this review and you know this post office, please go in and say hi to Will for me/us and let him know you heard about him on Yelp! Thanks :)
