hasn't been great. my stereo system was installed and he could not connect the receiver I wanted to use to connect my phono player ( I know I still have records) it worked just fine
in my previous apartment but he couldn't figure it out, said there was no output for in on the receiver I wanted to use. So I have to install an older one. then I finally reached my old tech guy in Seattle and asked how he did it. he said, if there is no jack any competent install guy knows you have to have an external phono jack. maybe mine fell off in the move but Rick didn't understand how to make it work. when told him he said, yeah, I knew something must have been missing??? couldn't tell me which one to buy either. never came back to help me.
my security system has never worked properly, he refers me to customer service rather than answer questions about operations.
