Worst customer service ever!!!!!
I signed up for Dish and still have yet to receive my hundred dollar gift card I was promised. About a month after having them I tried to add Internet ,waited at my house all day Sunday the technician showed up only to tell me he was told he was just installing the wireless box not the actual internet so there was nothing he could do he called the supervisor gave me a number to call which I did and nobody was even at that number so Monday I called left a message with the supervisor to give me a call back it's been 3 weeks still no phone call still no gift card as soon as my contract is up I'm switching. Worst customer service I've ever had in my life and I work for the state everything is about customer service.
