  • We stopped by here at the suggestion of our wedding photographer who said it was free coffee that Monday (last Monday in March). That part totally went over my head since it was still pre-coffee time, but I needed coffee, so we went. We placed our espresso drink orders and purchased a $1 sticker for memories, and I expected it to be $11 or $12. $1 total! Can it get any better than that? The coffees were beautifully made with latte art even in the to-go cup :). They're super rich and flavorful without the nasty burnt flavor of Starbucks at all and I wished we live closer cause I'd definitely keep coming back. I had to get the mocha with half sugar both times because the fairly subtle chocolatey flavor was to die for. All of the staff are extremely friendly. Before leaving Madison, we made sure to stop by and grab another cup for the road. Also, to the guy who came in with the corgi who's very obviously not a service dog, that you called a service dog even though it had no vest, was distracted by everything in the shop, only had a tiny tag that no one could see that probably came off Amazon, just so you could walk it in and get coffee, c'mon now. Don't be like that.
