  • Felicia was amazing upon my arrival and very knowledgeable about the city and the vehicle. She is a great addition to Silvercar Las Vegas. As I have rented from multiple Silvercar locations and haven't received such detailed information about the vehicle before. Great start to my birthday trip getting picked up from the airport by Felicia. She had a very positive attitude making my mood even better since I had a 5 hour delay to start my morning. She offered water and the bathroom and made sure the car was clean. Way to go Felicia!! You deserve 5 stars! The reason I'm giving Silvercar a 3 is because I had a family emergency and had to return from my trip a day early and brought the car back to Jonny who was very rude to my wife when she was asking questions about billing and policy regarding our rental since we originally had a 5 day rental. He didn't have any empathy on the reason we were returning early, didn't offer any condolences of any sort. Silence the entire ride to the airport seemed bother that he had to do his job without notice since it wasn't my original return day. Although there were no smell, or visual signs of smoking in the vehicle he had the audacity to ask if I had smoked in the vehicle. Even though I hadn't it was insulting that, that was the only question asked the entire ride to the airport. Get to the airport he barely helps us with our things, this prompts my wife to ask for his name. Silvercar choose this unprofessional Jonny to be in a leadership position. And to add insult to injury he gives us his card with a smug look and says I'm the assistant manager. Jonny was so unpleasant I contemplate ever renting from my beloved Silvercar but why let one bad apple spoil the bunch I may just put Silvercar Las Vegas on the block list and tell all my Veteran buddies to do the same. He did offer alternate possibilities for my rental reservations or was he pleasant that's terrible and your in a leadership position. Silvercar you may want to switch Jonny out with Felicia because she has far better customer service skills and won't be costing you valuable customers who bring you business as well. Renters rent Silvercar but maybe not the Las Vegas location as long as Jonny is the assistant manager. God forbid you have a problem during your rental he won't he competent or professional enough to handle the situation in a way that pleases a valued or first time customer for that matter. I wish I had returned to on my original day and Felicia could have taken me back to the airport and left my experience pleasant. Do better in selecting your management Silvercar Las Vegas!
