First Groupon experience ending with the receptionist scolding at me over the phone and threatened to hang up on me if I don't calm myself down because I was raising my voice. She had the nerve to say that after her poor customer service skills and nonprofessional self.
Hear me out people, they cancelled my first booking because they had to accommodate their long term clients who pay full price for the gym. after the second attempt trying to reschedule this is what I get.
Receptionist: "Sure I can schedule you, but if my long term clients who pay full price and want that same day we will have to remove you from the booking."
I think you should remove yourself from Groupon and purchase a Groupon for Customer Service Training.
Thanks to Groupon for their excellent customer service team, I was able to get my refund back and I sure hope they will escalate this matter to the next level. No one should be treated differently because of the dollar value they spend at your business. Regardless if it's $1 or $1000 they are still your customer. They paid for their purchase and they deserve to be treated equally.
PERSONAL NOTE: My friends had to play court volleyball on soccer turf because they called the day before to announce that the gym was in repair. That just "really sucks", mother nature came and knock the gym in pieces and sorry we had no intention to let you know that the court was not in any good shape or form until the day before.
