  • Western State Flooring is an horrible company. They sent over an contractor by the name of Phillipe that seem to not even be an documented citizen. He barely spoke English. He took a bowel movement in my master bedroom that did not work, in which I clearly told him not to. Not only did he poop in the restroom once, but twice leaving soiled toilet paper with feces in my trash. He left my garage a mess, filled with trash over the two days it took him and his assistant to do the job. If it wasn't for his assistant ,the job wouldn't have ever gotten done. He stayed in one room for two days while the assistant did the other four rooms as well as help assemble two bedroom sets. I watched for two days this man that could barely speak English belittle and disrespect this assistant while the assistant basically did the job on his own ,as well as clean up behind him. I will not be referring this company to anyone I know. It was a bit scary to know that this man in my home may not have been documented.
