  • House wasn't even ready to rent out extremely disgusting in the kitchen cabinets, bathrooms and showers never cleaned. Stove still had burned food and pans left inside, cabinets still had old stuff left in then. Carpet and fresh paint doesn't make a place clean. Looks good to show but not to live I also doubt the owner of the property has any idea of the condition how this property management over sees the property or tended to cleaning for new renters. I will fight to back charge them for my time and my wife's time for cleaning. Good thing I took pictures of all the dirt and things broken along with water leaks also I can't even get cable TV hooked up because the previous renters have a balance on the property. I don't recommend this place.
