  • If I could give no stars I would. I made an appointment for 11 am, went to the service desk and wasn't even helped until about 11:15. Not to mention it was an hour and 45 mins. Let me say that again. 1 hour and 45 mins. For a simple oil change!!! I was also charged an additional $25 from what I was quoted. Anyone wanting an oil change, either go to Jiffy Lube or Meineke. Do NOT waste your time here
