  • Baby Kay's is still the best Cajun food in the Valley. My husband is from NOLA so we have credibility! :) I worry about them staying in business because their Mesa location is terrible. They are worth driving for. Truly! I love Baby Kay's combo with chicken and sausage gumbo, red beans and rice, and green olive coleslaw. So freaking good! Love the crawfish etouffee enchiladas for lunch on Tuesdays. The patio is dog friendly. And they often have live music which takes you out of Phoenix and straight to Bourbon Street.
