  • Ha after reading a few reviews here I could not agree more. Once they get your money it's like Jekyll and Hyde. We purchased a number of track heads and LED bulbs and they were super friendly and helpful. When we discovered two of them were defective and returned them to exchange for two replacements, it was a different story. Very condescending and snarly. He actually gave me back one of the ones I had returned and I had to do a repair on it myself, when I got home. It really is a stupid way to be. This was the first of many lighting replacements we need to undertake in our home and he has lost any of our future business.
