My boyfriend and I are from Los Angeles Ca. We planned a weekend get away last minute. We ended up at this Motel 6. We paid over $300.00 for 2 nights. When we 1st opened our door to room 444 it had a horrible smoke order. We called the front desk to let them know so they sent someone to come spray air fresher/disinfectant. As we ventured further in the room I looked and the toilet was dirty. I tried to flush it but I guess it was stuck. Luckily I bought my own Lysol wipes. We called the front desk again they said they would have someone come clean. No one ever came. The next day we leave and stay gone till its dark. We come back open the door and the foul smell takes over again, maid service made up the bed with a t shirt still in in and attempted to change the trash bag how ever they left the dirty trash bag on the sink where we had all of our personal hygiene products at. I called for towels and was told I would have to come get them myself because they were busy. So I went to pick them up they had no wash towels I was told to wash with a bath towel. Spoke to the manager on duty and showed him a picture of the dirty trash bag on the sink. He offered a apology and to give me a discount of only $25.00 dollars. But because we booked through expedia.com was told it was nothing they could do. I will never stay with this chain ever again. Absolutly no customer service at all. I feel cheated and over charged.
