My air conditioner almost made it through the summer. I came home from work the other day to find that my house was hot. Being a new home owner I kind of panicked. I messaged my wife and she asked around her office and someone highly recommended BEST. I did my homework on them and decided to give them a call. I called at about 6:30 pm and to my surprise David answered the phone. He was very helpful and offered to come out immediately with no service charge. Who wouldn't say ok to that. He was at my house in about an hour. He diagnosed and inspected everything even the part in attic. Explained everything thoroughly and we agreed to do the repair WHICH HE WAS ABLE TO DO RIGHT THEN. We did the repair and signed up for their yearly maintenance plan to stay on top of things so this doesn't happen again. A+ across the board.
