Before the meal even started, the napkin had a black stain on the bottom which made me do a double take. Ordered a bowl of beef noodle soup with roasted/pan fried pork. The middle soup was ordinary run of the mill stuff and would get three stars in my books, but the pork was disastrous. It was so charred that I could not finish half of it (see picture). How is it okay to serve pork like this?
Maybe it is three stars for noodle soups, but do not order the toasted/pan fried meats.
