| - If you are a female and expect to be served, don't bother stepping foot in here. My roommate and I waited 15 minutes to even have one of 2 bartenders acknowledge is while several groups of men arriving after is were served and we still couldn't get one of them to acknowledge out waiting. However our 2 male companions arrived and we're immediately acknowledged. 2 pitchers of Kiltlifter we're $37.50, hardly a dive bar price, on top of that the beer was room temp and absolutely beyond flat. When my roommate and I attempted to get food, again, we needed one of the men to just look at the bar for service. My roommate and I both tried to flag down BOTH bartenders and could illicit ZERO acknowledgement. Although the food was fine and the burger was surprisingly good the cost of flat warm beer and the uselessness of the bartenders makes it a definite no way would I return.. AND Don't bother calling to complain because when I did (after thinking alright, the food was decent I will order from GrubHub I was MORE than proven wrong). The food was all wrong with a cup of Italian dressing (despite asking for ranch even) spilled all over as the lid was just sitting next to the cup in the box so everything in the bag had it all over it. When I called to complain, I spoke with Natasha who couldn't have had a worse attitude or been ruder. She refused to tell me the owner's name or her own and tried to say she already had when believe me, she had most definitely not. She was belligerent and aggressive basically telling me unless I gave her my number I wouldn't be able to speak with the owner. Generally I have no issues leaving a call back number but her poor attitude made it feel like my name and number would end up on the bathroom wall. After calling the delivery service to complain, who can't issue refunds without restaurant ok, I was told to bring the food in and they would remake the order. No one in their right mind would EVER take that food back to her and expect a reorder that was not treated like a reorder in the movie Waiting. I used a delivery service for a reason so why should I have to pay for that fee and service just to go get it myself with God knows what special add ons. Plus, it's not like I had all night to be acknowledged by her or any other female bartender to get the food. I work in food service and Natasha would not have a job if she worked for me. If this is how she generally treats guests, she definitely has no business with this job or any other position in customer service... especially if she claims to be the manager or is the one to have guest complaints...unless of course you want to have zero returning customers. Worst experience EVER by far. She deserves to be fired. If no or negative stars was an option, believe me, Groggy's would get that
