It was my first time here and I ordered a green tea matcha with boba. The matcha taste was different than others I've had before. So, I explained that to the cashier attendant and he was kind enough to let me switch my drink and pay the difference.
Then, he explained the situation to the manager, who responded "we don't usually do that" to the cashier. The cashier rang up the difference and I said "if it is such an issue, then we don't need to worry about it". I just paid to complete the transaction and to get out of there.
All issues aside, their drinks aren't anything you'll miss out on. There's a much better boba place down the street in the target shopping complex called No.1 Boba Tea with better service, drink flavors, and more variety. :)
