  • Talk about bait and switch. Big sign outside "Keg Beer". I have been making the trek to Total Wine for the past 2 years for my kegs since there was nothing closer so I am excited. I walk in and the new store is very nice inside. I walk the length of the beer coolers but do not see any kegs. I go to the counter and speak with a guy who is not dressed like the other employees so I think "manager". Guess I thought wrong. I ask him "Where are the kegs?". He looks at me like I just arrived on planet earth. He says he has to ask. OK. I follow him over to the coolers and he speaks to someone inside who I can't see. He says "We have Bud light and Coors Light". I ask "is that all?". He says "Yes but we can special order kegs". WHAT! You advertise keg beer outside in big, lighted letters and carry 2 types of beer. Back to Total Wine I go!
