  • I wish it were possible to give 0 stars. I went in to get a much needed eyebrow waxing after passing by the shop a number of times and seen people in there so I thought, why not, right? I got upsold to doing the HD Brows (tint + wax + brow make-up). The tinting itself wasn't so bad and I did like the colour although the actual shape and design was a bit much (I was able to fix this later). The one star really is for the waxing and the bedside manner that came with it later. A huge chunk of skin underneath my left eyebrow was peeled off from the wax and a little bit on the corner of the upper end of the eyebrow! I couldn't tell how bad it was until I got back to my hotel and what really annoyed me is the fact that the aesthetician kept saying it was because my skin was "sensitive" as if it was my skin's fault. Forget the fact that the right brow was completely fine after. I would have felt a bit better if she just apologised but blaming the customer never sits well. Would never go back and I suggest customers to think long and hard before doing the same.
