This review is also based solely on the macarons...perhaps they read reviews and made adjustments because the ones I had were delightful. I chose six different kinds but the standouts were sour cherry, lime and coffee. Smaller than the average macaron the price also reflects this as they are $1.50 each. They were all crisp and chewy but not crumbly and the filling were smooth and tasty. Between the two macaron stalls in the Calgary Farmer's Market (I've tried both) I would choose this one. One small critique...the staff manning the booth should be more knowledgeable about French baking.
