  • Schedule to arrive this week and already there has been a problem. Called in to schedule a pick up yet the women who we spoke to later know as Faith was rude. She confirmed the fact that the Skylofts has totally lost their hospitality since our previous visits. We tend to stay here every time when we are in the area but as we can see now how things have changed dramatically over the past year. Never had a concierge service actually hang up on me when asking for her to have her name so we can relate to the manager of the hotel on the poor service and lack of knowledge that was displayed. She was quick to place fault on all and not help resolve any issue but create more problems. Based on the price, simple amenities such as concierge should be A+ in this case a true F stands! So sad to see, as we would now definitely have to find a new home when traveling to Vegas on our future dates.
