  • My 4 year old granddaughter's birthday party and I wanted it to be Epic! We rented 2 bounce houses from Jumperman. One for the bigger children and one for the toddlers. I was contacted immediately by the customer service rep upon my inquiry which was nice. She explained everything and noted that you pay cash on delivery of the houses which also was nice. The delivery people arrived on time allowing us a little extra time with the bounce houses before the start of the party. I also ordered a table and folding chairs. At first I was going to complain about the condition of the white table, but rethought that because think about it folks, lots of people rent this equipment for different things. It is not going to be super clean and wonderful as if it were your own. Buy a cheap paper table cloth and get on with your event! Anyway, the delivery people explained everything about the procedures, the contract the legalese. They also cleaned the bounce houses out for us after installation and I was satisfied with that as well. Let's face it, we aren't eating in there the kids are jumping around. So I did 5 stars because I received just what I paid for on an important day for an important event and everything went off without a hitch.
