This isn't specific to any CenturyLink service centers, just CenturyLink as a company on a whole. HORRIBLE. The internet continuously disconnects and the Prism TV is completely worthless. They don't update the on demand lists for almost a week after an episode airs. There is no way to watch episodes on your laptop either. Episodes are only available on a mobile device and even then the app is always experiencing "technical difficulties". The customer service center is horrible. I was on the phone with them for almost 30 minutes explaining that i was unable to watch episodes on my computer before I got the answer that they can only be viewed on the Prism TV app. This is just the last problem I had with them before disconnecting service.
To start the technician that came out was awesome and very patient. Which is good because after he got everything installed they had a problem with the HD service and the person on the phone deleted our entire order. To get the order rewritten took 3 hours. Literally 3 hours, no exaggeration. For HD service.
Following the technicians departure the internet stopped working. I called customer service and they couldn't find our account in their system. Almost as if we didn't exist. It took another hour on the phone just to find our account. When we tried to create an account for us to get online and pay our bill it took another hour on the phone because our account number wasn't in the system. But you can bet your last dollar that they found us when it was time to pay. Most frustrating thing I have ever been through with any service provider.
I would highly recommend any service but CenturyLink.
On a side note, at my place of employment we had cancelled a phone line with CenturyLink and they kept trying to collect on it even though we had a letter mailed stating we had cancelled the line and we had an email stating there were no outstanding charges at time of cancellation.
