  • True customer service is becoming harder to find, and many businesses have adopted the attitude that their customer's satisfaction doesn't matter. The high level of customer service and care that I received here was the exact opposite! David and John went above and beyond in every way possible to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. Their high level of professionalism, their patience and assistance in making sure I was buying the best tires for my car, making sure I got the lowest price, then getting my tires (which weren't in stock) delivered early and then putting them on my car in time for my unexpected, out-of-state trip despite such short notice, even staying late to accommodate me showed me their commitment to excellence and to their customer's needs. They've earned my business and my loyalty! I highly recommend this Big-O Tires store: if I could give them a 6-star rating I would. I'm a very happy, satisfied customer.
