  • Do not rent from this company. They will collect your application fees and process your application along with many other's and then decide which one they want to rent the house. Then everyone else is out of the money they spent for the application. Professional, ethical companies process one application at a time. If the first one falls through or gets declined, then they move onto the next. Scamming people and taking their money is not a way to do business.
