  • Wow, just wow. Called tonight to ask about hours. Was told they close at 8 PM. Nice night, decided to walk (about 2 miles) with my dog. Arrive at Tazzy and Boo at 10 minutes after 7 to use the "self wash". However upon entering I was told we could not use the wash because they already cleaned them in anticipation of closing at 8. I explained that I had called and asked about hours and was told they were open until 8. Apparently it's on me for not breaking down exactly what I was going to need. My assumption was if the business was open so were all of their services. I asked for an exception since we had walked and all I got was a "no, sorry, we already cleaned them". Not the way a business should be run, shame they just opened too but they lost my business. I'll stick with Chewy.com for my pet supplies, they know what customer service is.
