  • I haven't yet been the recipient of all the raves about which the Mayo is legendary. While I'll absolutely say that they seem to have their act together, I've seen a physician once and had a number of tests. The largest problem that I'm faced with is that they set up appointments for you on their portal, and if you're not checking it daily, you might miss an upcoming appointment. They don't email you, don't call you, nothing. And if you don't show for an appointment you have no knowledge of, you're still marked as a no-show. Absolutely horrible system and practice. As well, navigating the facilities is not the easiest, and you often have to ask for directions. I can't assess the quality of the physicians because I had one 7 minute appointment with one, and all he did was order tests. It's frustrating, and disappointing.
