  • I originally went there for treatment in 2011. This year I scheduled my cleaning and possible problem with tooth she had crowned. Firstly, she was not there at the time of my scheduled appointment with her, secondly they wanted me to see the other dentist there. I agreed. It took forever to take the X-Rays which I already had 6 months ago. It was a complete set. I was left sitting there forever. I told them that I had to leave as the male dentist there was already involved with another patient and I could tell it wasn't going to be the "he will be with you in just a minute". I tried to make an appointment for the following week but it was too busy and they suggested I come back in the afternoon and I would definitely see Dr. Pham this time. I did. Went on to tell me that I needed a root canal on the tooth that she had crowned. I believed it already had a root canal prodedure. Then she sent fear into me and said that it was very difficult to perform a root canal through the crown, very difficult, but she had down it before. What? I don't even think she could see on the X-Rays which tooth it was to be honest. She is always trying to insist that you need procedures that are unnecessary and seems more focused on that rather than the things that need doing. I won't be going there again.
