  • I've lived in a community managed by Colonial (Mesquite office) for over 5 years, and I've served on an HOA committee for a good portion of that time. The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful - especially Becky, Kelsey (who's no longer there), and Laura. They are always well prepared for board meetings and respond quickly to maintenance and landscape issues. When the committee I serve on disagrees, Becky especially has a talent for suggesting positive solutions that benefit everyone involved. Sometimes living in an HOA can be a pain because of the additional rules, but every interaction with the staff at Colonial has been pleasant and positive.
