| - I only use the laundromat occasionally, when I have blankets or large items that I do not want to wash at home, so it had been some time since my last visit when I went there a few days ago, and I was very disappointed in the downfall of the place. At least 40% to 50% of the machines, both washers and dryers, were out of order. The area in back that used to be a decent place to sit and wait for your machines is no longer very pleasant. Most of the tables and seats have been removed, and there are a bunch of broken down machines stored back there. The only places to sit are a couple of very uncomfortable benches in the washer area. I used the ladies' room, and although it was clean enough, there is no hot water in there to wash your hands. Also, I was using one of the large washers that you fill with soap through a flap in the top of the machine. As I was putting in my soap, I realized my hand was touching something gross, and then I noticed the whole inside of the flap area was covered with some type of mold. I'm sure some of this mold must transfer down into the washtub along with the soap and water. Yuck! This place has really gone downhill.
