  • Went to this store to exchange some online items that did not fit. After waiting ten minutes in line I was informed that online items are not accepted for return in the stores. Really!! I have done a lot of shopping on line and have never run into this policy before. The sales clerks walked past me when I was looking for something. I was never approached to see if I needed help. Both the fitting room and register girls were snotty. I will not be shopping with this company again.
