  • Just an overall bad experience. The dentist assistant was rude and ended up cutting my mouth when taking X rays. She was frustrated because I needed a break after that before she started again. The receptionist team was the worst. I work in the hospitality industry and customer satisfaction and service is practiced as a number one priority . What I experienced was the receptionist NOT doing her job accordingly and began to actually start arguing with me over a mistake she made because she didn't listen to what I explained in the first place because she was in the middle of a non work related conversation with her colleague. The manager had to give me a gift card to make up for the hour wait and her sour attitude. My appointment was 10 a.m and was finally seen at 11:08 a.m. That was my last visit, luckily I found a better office shortly after to get my work done.
