  • While I have no complaint about Dr. Whalen, who is the doctor that I have been seeing at this practice for the past 10 years, the office staff IS SO RUDE! Every time I call the office they give me a hard time in regards to whatever inquiry that I have and they are unprofessional and have a terrible attitude. They should be trained in rules of professionalism and common courtesy.
