Yelp needs to allow ZERO stars. Their customer service is BS. My husband bought me a coach purse there. Big mistake. I go to use the purse and the zipper is broken. And it is missing the shoulder strap. I couldn't even use the purse. My husband tried to return it or get at least store credit and their response was, if the yellow tag isn't intact on the purse- there's nothing we can do for you. No where on the receipt is there something stating that the yellow tag needs to be intact still. And Andy the salesman, told my husband and son, that it was fine if he removes the tag to give it to me, he would still take it back if I wasn't satisfied with the purse. When my husband went in there, Andy was all set to help him with the refund, until Steve stopped him.
Who gives a purse to someone as a gift with an eyesore like that on it. I call the them and the salesman will dealt with my husband, told him it was okay to remove the tag. Andy. He got so rude and sarcastic with me on the phone. I ask for a manager. Steve. He was not wanting to hear what I had to say. He accused me of yelling at him to which I said, telling the truth is yelling? I told him he knowingly sold a defective purse and does not care.
This is how they treat a member and family of law enforcement.
Lesson learned. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
