  • This property is beautiful, that's about it! Recently, new management took over. Yes, I understand a transition period. But the front office staff is rude and when confronted with issues or questions looks are residents as if it's a waste of their time! Trash cans around the entire property are filled to the top. The bathrooms at the pool have no toilet paper. When requested bacterial wipes for the workout room they bought a container of Clorox wipes ( which has now run out and not replaced). Recently, the gate the faces 44th street was cut with wire clippers. When residents ask the front office the quote was "that's a risk you take when you choose to live in urban living." Urban living...the corner or Camelback and 44th? No police report taken for future incidents because it "was not caught on camera." That's a great liability for the future?! Resident hallways never swept , nor glass doors wiped and garage never cleaned.
