  • Larkin saved the day for me. I have an old sears water heater and I went to all the usual places (ferguson, lowes, HD..... and Sears biggest store, meadows mall, couldn't tell me where the heck I could get a heater element. What kind of BS is that? You buy an appliance then nobody knows where to get the parts that are considered "consumables" like the oil filter on your car, that needs replacing now and then. Anyway, finally a guy at one of the plumbing places steered me to Larkin. I talkied to Eddie and was immediately assured that he had these parts on hand and ready for me on the counter. I asked him questions about whole house water systems and water softeners and he took as much time as I needed to answer all of my questions. Not only will I go back, but I will not go anywhere else from now on. Thanks Eddie
