  • Absolutely worst car rental service ever. Will never rent from this location again. We only booked at this Avis location because it was the only location open on a Sunday afternoon. It was snowing for most of the evening that we rented the car. I could barely see through the windshield because the wipers were streaky, they did not work effectively at all. When I mentioned this to the Avis rep when we dropped off the car, excuses were made, somewhat dismissive with no apology given. In addition, they charged us twice for the car, once on my credit card, and the other on my Dad's credit card since he was the second driver on the car. Don't trust this location, stay away at all costs.
