  • One crazy day I was complaining about finding something to do with my 2 year old while I worked from home and a friend suggested that I google 'Kids' Co-op'. I talked to Vicky (office manager/Alumni Parent) and scheduled a tour for our family the next morning. It was fall and school was already in session. We entered through Mrs. Valenti's two's class and couldn't believe our eyes!! There were small children and parents all around. They were dressing up, cutting with scissors (supervised of course), digging in a mud bog, painting on easels, riding bikes around a track and planting in the garden. This school was a DREAM COME TRUE!! We knew immediately that we had found a place for our family! In 2010 we stumbled into an open spot in the Monday Wednesday Friday 2's program which was typically unheard of. Usually there is a very long waiting list, especially now... 3 years later. I HIGHLY recommend calling the school, scheduling your tour and joining the wait list. Discovering the Co-op and enrolling our son was one of the best things we have ever done for our entire family! There is really nothing else like it in Las Vegas. I cannot make a high enough recommendation for this school and I KNOW that our lives have FOREVER been changed by 'the best little preschool & kindergarten in the west' -- Kids' Co-op!
