Chapel of the Chimes provides a nice room for visitations. But we were not greeted or welcomed. The employees may believe a cold manner is appropriate. I appreciate warm and kind like the minister who officiated at an earlier visit to the Chimes.
Taped music in the room cut in and out but nothing was said when I mentioned it to the employee. The closing of the casket seemed awkward. Perhaps was meant to be done behind the scenes. Refereshments were a good variety of delicious dishes. An employee/sentry stood guard. A little background music would have relieved the dead silence in the catering room.
