  • Baskin-Robbins Ice cream! Reflecting on childhood memories always brings me to those special days when my parents said "How bout some ice cream?!" Baskin-Robbins has always been my families ice cream destination of choice. Although the foodie in me likes to try new places, I find myself thinking of those 31 flavors often. We stopped into the Blue Diamond Rd location and found the staff polite and quick to fill peoples orders. My childhood fav is the "Pralines 'n Cream". But today I tried something new and went for a two scoop waffle bowl. One being "Baseball Nut", which is vanilla ice cream and cashews with a black raspberry ribbon running through it. Delicious! The second being a scoop of "Cherries Jubilee", cherry ice cream, with big cherry halves, and a hint of rum flavor. My guy had the waffle cone and two scoops of the "Peanut Butter 'n Chocolate" which he enjoyed, but I thought tasted far to peanut buttery and not chocolaty enough at all. But, that's why they have 31 flavors!! There's a flavor for everyone to make their own. And you should!!
