| - Okay, let me start by saying that the food here is normally delicious. The beans are excellent and tastes so close to my Mom's that I looked for her behind the counter! Their cheese enchiladas are perfect, they even ask you if you want onions or not! Most restaurants don't ask and you find big chunks of white onions in every bite, ruining it (if you don't care for onions, like me) and forcing you to pick them all out. Ugh. Funny thing though, we usually go on Wednesdays but recently , it was late Saturday and I was bragging about the food to my grandson so we stopped in for dinner. Wow, what a difference from early mid-week dinner to late end-week. I had never ordered the cheese crisp, but did and when it came to our table, I thought it had yellow and white cheese at first glance but no! It had so little cheese that the tortilla was showing through!!! It was awful. The bean and cheese burrito that my grandson ordered hardly had any (if any) cheese in it. He gave the thumbs down on the whole experience. I was bummed because I had talked it up so much! I'll go again, but not at the end of their work week and never later in the evening. That said. Love their food, service and salsa. Try it. Family owned and operated I believe. Enjoy!!!
