  • Rob Rodriguez helped me today, I had some savings bonds to deposit that were needing my grandmother's death certificate. Rob helped me acquire a copy of that very document and has gone above and beyond to help me through this frustrating bond-cashing process. Thank you so much, I was losing faith in USB for a minute but I am so happy that he could help fix this situation and not turn me away as other branches have done.
