  • We have had an overall bad experience from the initial install of the a/c unit and each time a different tech came out. The initial install of the unit the techs insisted on finishing the install that night which they finished approx 1am. I stated that it was okay for them to return in the morning(they had been working all day on it). They rushed through the job which showed later in our experience. First tech was unable to successfully make the thermostat work, resulting in the lead tech having to come back on Saturday. I asked what the issue was and the lead tech stated that the other tech didn't know what he was doing. When we went to use the heat for the first time that year it did not function properly so another service call and turns out that the unit was over charged with freon from the improper install. The six month check up came due and they sent yet another un experience tech out to change filters and failed to realize that a deflated balloon had been sucked all the way into the unit. They claimed that I didn't need to use filters in the return because there was a static filter on the unit. This was confirmed false by another a/c company and was also noted that the plenum box was too short again a result of the rushed install. They have since fixed the issue but still installed duct lines that were unsupported and will crimp over time. Overall experience with the company has been horrible with no confidence in workmanship. The manager Dale has been even worse on customer relations and returning correspondence. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
