  • Never shop here. Ordered a Xmas tree 4 weeks before the holiday. The day it was expected December 5th they said, "It didn't make the truck. Wait until the next truck on Thursday." On Thursday, I went to the store and they said harshly, "No Xmas trees on the truck." No one could tell us where the tree was. They don't have any tracking capabilities at all. We got our money back and ran out of there as fast we could. They did follow up with a phone call once I complained online. If you are looking for a good experience, this isn't it.
