Just shopped at this location, I did not enjoy my store visit. May i suggest that on Senior Discount Day, you ensure ALL self scans are functioning. Also, when the self scans are backed up, have a sign up directing customers to stand. I was chastised by another customer for standing in a line for the scanners to the right. She was in a line to the left. She then felt the need to tattle tail to the selfcheck cashier. The cashier rudely told my husband and I that we had to moved to to the end of another line which would have put us behind several people that had just got in line. Another customer jumped to our defense. I told the cashier they should put up a sign indicating where to line up. She retorted, this doesnt happen that often. I pointed out there was a out of service selfscan and she ignored me. No apology for the inconvenience. Just scolded for their error.
