Man, this place is so cool! I'm always leery new art fads! I got lazy one time and put plastic bags in trees. I'm talking about my art school project in college of course. To make it more meaningful, I positioned rectangular grey garbage bins underneath each garbage bag. I said some junk about the environment, plus it looked artsy, so I got a good grade. There were just times when I couldn't come up with an idea for a project and other times when the idea just came immediately. I wonder which one it was for this artist? In any case, I think it's worth seing. I overheard some dude behind me saying "it's like our version of Stonehenge" and my reply to that guy is IT'S NOT! Carhenge in Nebraska is our version of Stonehenge. This is deeper than that man! Plus this installment has pink and that's my daughters favorite color! She can tell you that herself. So my recommendation is as follows: Take a short detour on you way to or on your way back from Vegas. Get a little culture! Take some pics and enjoy the scenery. The cost is FREE! I happened to visit on my way home and it was my birthday. It felt like the perfect way to leave Vegas, plus they look like giant candles or candy or maybe it's my birthday and I'm seing candles and candy everywhere. Either way, I win. Thank you Ugo for providing us with this cool project!
