  • Grooming salon has gone downhill! I had been taking my two medium-sized dogs to the grooming salon for nail buffs regularly, but not anymore. I took them in one morning and the new staffer said she could not trim them as she was pregnant and there was no one else coming in to groom until 11 (not great staffing, store manager!), then when I went back a couple weeks later, the nail trimmer obviously had no clue what he was doing. All I wanted was a quick nail buff, but he spent 20 minutes buffing my first dog's nails - not even trimming them, and he still managed to cut her nail so she was bleeding! I will not be going back.
