rev:text	I have to say I used to think this was a nice complex, the outside looked nice, until it stopped. The grass is no longer green on parts that used to be green, there is trash, dog poop everywhere. My car was broken into, where they stole many things, my 2 bikes stolen right from my patio that were chained and locked, my grill which was not visible unless you literally stepped behind my patio, and miscellaneous things. My upstairs neighbors are constantly fighting and getting the cops called, cannot sleep, had a huge leak in my hall, which they couldn't determine the first time I called to get it looked at, maintenance is poorly trained. Parking is way overpriced, rent is overpriced for the lack of security and maintenance, I just cannot wait for my lease to be up. Fast forward ... Now months later, my lease was not renewed due to these reasons stated , I have moved out into a waayyyyy nicer complex with FREE covered parking , and nicer amenities, but 2 months now and I have yet to receive my deposit check. Now the first time the address was written wrong, which I take full responsibility for , but after discovering the check was mailed to the wrong address, I called 3 weeks later, and gave the RIGHT address to the manager Gail. After waiting 10 business days I called and spoke to Another receptionist Clarissa ? And she told me the check may take 2-3 business weeks to be mailed !! When their corporate is only in California!!!! Soooo i patiently waited the 3 weeks , and STILL no check .... I call AGAIN and this time they say they were never given an apt number !!!! So it was mailed to WRONG address AGAIN!!! After I specifically went over the entire address the 2nd time with the manager!! Thinking it would've resolved quicker , but no, they say it was MY fault again ... so the check is "in the mail" again, and they wouldn't even rush it to me after all this inconvenience!! Talk about rude people who don't want to work with you at all! Not when I was a resident there and clearly not after .... I would NEVER recommend this community to anyone I know ! They are terrible people, poor management, and way overpriced ! STAY AWAY! Grove garden would be better !
