  • We went there to look at trucks. We work all day so did not want to spend the whole night at a car dealer. We were there 2 and a half hours trying to buy one. They played the game back and forth back and forth until we left. Got a call on the way home. "What price would you like to come back and buy this truck?" If they would have done this in the beginning we would have bought it. But it was for the best. We found the same exact truck, different color, a few more miles at another dealer for $4000. less. We were out of there within an hour. Car dealers...try to make it easier on your customers. Stop making it a horrible experience. Thanks for making us angry enough to go somewhere else.
