  • I brought a groupon for some cleaning with 2 cleaning girls for 2 hours. when I called to schedule an app, the person I spoke to sounded irritated that I was even calling. she could not give me the days I wanted & said that those days were her busiest days. I had to pick a  Monday. I asked if I would get a reminder call & she rudely said "no", yet the day before my app, she called to ask me if they were scheduled for Monday. that should have been a clue of how unprofessional this business is. my appointment was scheduled for 8:00 am. At 8:30 am I received a call from the same rude woman who told me that the cleaning girl would not be coming because she had a sick baby.
