  • Believe the 5-star rating! I've been working with Grant, and he and his team have certainly earned it. After a nasty rear-end collision, I chose this USAA-preferred repair shop. My pride and joy -- my pretty little car -- came back to me looking even better than new. I asked them to paint the replacement spoiler to match the body color (which they did), and fix one of the "teeth" on the grill (which they did for a very reasonable price). And all that is great. But, it's their *true* lifetime guarantee on their work that will ensure I choose them again if I need it. Months after the accident, Grant and his guys have worked with me -- on two occasions -- to work out a few minor, but pesky, noises in the trunk area. Both times, they've been exhaustive and thorough figuring out what's causing them, and fixing them, quickly. Though most people would just learn to live with these quirks, Grant understands "car people" like me ... because he is one. He's told me more than once that he won't let me drive away less than completely happy with the way it sounds (or *doesn't* sound, in this case), and he backs that up. I'll pick up my car tomorrow, for the second time, with no rattles or annoying noises (having been provided a rental car in both instances!) because they truly stand behind their work. That's a rarity, and something to REALLY think about if you're considering your repair options.
